1. What is the standard size of your padel court?

Our standard padel court is **20m × 10m**, fully compliant with **FIP / World Padel Tour standards**.

2. What’s the difference between panoramic, half-view, and classic padel courts?

- **Panoramic**: Full glass walls, better for commercial & competition.

- **Half-view**: Glass + wire mesh combination, cost-effective.

- **Classic**: Mostly mesh fencing, lower budget.

3. What materials do you use for the structure?

Main structure: **Q235B hot-dip galvanized steel**

Glass: **12mm tempered safety glass**

Floor: **High-density artificial turf (Dtex 9500–12000)**

4. Do you provide installation service?

Yes, we can send technicians for installation, or provide **detailed installation drawings + video guide**.

5. How long does it take to install one padel court?

Normally **3–5 days** for 1 court with 2–3 workers.

6. Do I need to prepare the foundation?

Yes, a flat, hardened concrete base is required. We provide foundation design drawings.

7. What is the wind resistance grade?

Our courts support **wind speed up to 100–120 km/h**, customizable for typhoon areas.

8. How long is the service life?

Steel structure: **15–20 years**

Artificial grass: **5–8 years**

Glass: **10+ years**

9. Is your court anti-rust?

Yes, we use **hot-dip galvanizing + powder coating** for excellent anti-corrosion performance.

10. What’s the price of one padel court?

Price depends on configuration (panoramic/half-view, with or without roof/lighting).

11. What payment terms do you accept?

Generally **30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment**.

We also support L/C, Western Union, etc.

12. Is the price including shipping?

Normally **EXW / FOB China**. We can also quote CIF, CFR to your port.

**MOQ: 1 set**. We accept small orders for trial.

14. How long is the production time?

Standard order: **15–25 days**

Bulk order: **25–40 days**

Yes, we support custom color, logo printing, court size, and accessories.

Yes, we supply complete accessories: LED lighting, shelter roof, net, post protector, etc.

20. What if parts are damaged during shipping?

We will ship replacements **free of charge** after receiving photo proof.
